Paul, our Panel Chair, has enjoyed a near 30 year career within the security industry working for a number of the larger and more specialised businesses in senior management and executive roles including G4S, Reliance, Securitas, Noonan FM and Capricorn.
During this period Paul has developed specialisms in Risk Assessments, Auditing, Sales and Marketing, the development of Security Strategies, Compliance, People Management and is an advocate of Dennings Quality Management Systems and the pursuit of excellent Customer Care.
In February 2018 Paul launched Kinpaja Security Consultants, a collective of security experts, to provide a broad range of security specialism offerings to potential clients, from introducing Security Strategies or providing high level Surveys to running a tender process for clients looking to appoint a security provider for either technical or manned guarding provision.
Paul gained a degree in Business Studies to support his wider interest in the mechanics of the commercial world and further help him understand how his clients’ businesses perform and the positive and negative effects of their security planning. This has enabled him to assist in the development of security strategies across several key accounts amongst some major blue-chip companies.
Paul is a non-executive Director of Salford Red Devils Rugby League Football Club, he has been a supporter of the team since he was 7 years old and was recently asked to join the Holding Company board to help them realise their commercial potential and maintain their place at the elite level of European Rugby League.
Paul is the incumbent Chairman of Manchester City Centre Crime Prevention Panel, a role he has held for several years encompassing a period of great physical change to the cityscape and in the nature of the threats to business and the public alike.
He is tremendously proud of the continuing achievements of the Panel and looks forward to helping develop other areas where the panel can contribute and make a positive impact for Greater Manchester Police, businesses and the public.
Personal achievements as a result of his tenure as Chairman include organising a fund raiser for the Volunteer Cadet Scheme which raised a significant sum of monies and, at the request of the Chief Constable, chairing multi partnership events and initiatives.
