Mike Rawlings – Retail Consultant.

Mike was a police officer for over 30 years rising to the rank of Inspector.
His service saw him work in Manchester City Centre, and upon retirement he was identified as the first Retail Crime Operation Manager. This later became known as the BCU, Business Crime Unit.

Mike retired for a second time a few years ago, however Mike has a vast knowledge on retail crime, and continues to support retailers who have become friends.
He brings vast knowledge and understanding to the Panel.
